Returns & Refunds
We want you to be confident in every purchase. Here's how returns and refunds work on CollectIQ.
Return timeframes
7 days from delivery to request an eligible return, and 5–10 business days for us to process your refund after we receive the item.
Our policy
Because of the nature of collectibles and trading cards, all sales are final. We stand behind every order and accept returns in two cases:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item was damaged during shipping
How to return an item
- Contact supportEmail support@collectiq.app with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Receive return authorizationWe'll send a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
- Ship your returnPackage the item securely and ship it to the address on your return authorization.
- Processing & refundOnce we receive it, we'll inspect and process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Refund methods
Refunds are issued to your original payment method or your CollectIQ wallet balance. Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Return shipping costs
For approved returns (wrong item or damaged in transit), we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
When submitting a return request
To help us process your return quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item you received
- A description of the issue (wrong item or details of the damage)
